On the day of check-in, the renter meets the vehicle owner at the agreed location and time. The owner then starts the check-in process on MyCamper’s website using a phone or tablet. To begin, they need to go to the booking overview and click "To check-in."
Step 1: Mileage and fuel level
For motorhomes and camper vans, the owner must first record the vehicle's current mileage and fuel level. Once the data has been entered, click "Next" to proceed.
Step 2: Existing damages
Capture photos of any existing damages on your vehicle and upload them to the system. This only needs to be done once, as previously documented damages will automatically appear in future check-ins.
Step 3: Equipment
Review the vehicle’s equipment and document any missing items.
Step 4: Outside photos
Capture and upload interior photos of the vehicle. Be sure to review the guidelines regarding the required images.
Step 5: Inside photos
Capture and upload interior photos of the vehicle. Be sure to review the guidelines regarding the required images.
Step 6: Check ID
Check the renter’s driver's license and ID card to confirm that all provided information is accurate and valid.
Step 7: Renter has to approve check-in
The renter acknowledges receiving all necessary information and confirms they are ready to begin their camping trip.
Step 8: Approval
Renter approves that he:she got all important information and is ready for the camping holidays.
