Flex (Maximize Bookings): Allows renters to cancel with fewer restrictions, making your vehicle more attractive.

Standard: A balance between flexibility and protection.

Strict (Minimize Cancellations): Provides the most protection against last-minute cancellations.

The cancellation policy you set determines how much refund the renter will receive if they cancel. Renters can check these terms on their booking page and on your vehicle profile.

If a renter cancels a booking, MyCamper keeps the service fee.
