MyCamper collaborates with Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers, operating in over 120 countries. All payments processed via Stripe are handled with the highest security standards, ensuring encrypted transactions that protect users' sensitive information. MyCamper does not share payment details with third parties.


Handling Additional Costs


During your rental period, any extra costs—such as additional kilometers, fines, road tolls, or deductibles—will first be deducted from your deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit amount, MyCamper will issue an invoice to the renter for the remaining balance.


Payout Timelines


Payments from MyCamper to both vehicle owners and renters are typically processed within the following days after creation, ensuring faster transactions compared to previous timelines.
