The vehicle owner needs to accept or reject a booking request within 24 hours of it being sent. You will receive a notification via email as soon as the owner has accepted or denied a booking or if the owner has sent a message.
If the booking request gets rejected or if it's expired we will unblock the amount on your credit card. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to be back shown on your account. Unfortunately we can't speed up this process.
