Check-out takes place when the renter returns the vehicle to the owner after his rental period. The check-out is made directly on the booking detail page. (Owner needs to have a device ready to fill out all required information. I.e. phone,computer, tablet)

The renter returns the vehicle to the vehicle owner at the specified time on the last day of the rental period. If it is a motorhome, the vehicle owner documents the motorhome's fuel level and mileage reading. Distance driven will then be calculated and if the renter has driven longer than the free miles included in the booking, this is automatically registered as an extra cost.

After that, both parties inspect the condition of the vehicle together to ensure that the vehicle is in the same condition as when rented. The vehicle owner then documents any potential new damage to the vehicle. 

 Both you and the renter approve the check-out through the platform. Once this is completed, the responsibility for the vehicle shifts back to you. If there are no extra charges (such as damages, cleaning fees, or late return fees), the deposit will be refunded. If there are additional costs, these will be deducted before the refund. (They need to be verified and approved by the renter).
