If a motorhome or caravan owner cancels a confirmed booking, the full rental amount is paid back to the renter. MyCamper can then help you as a renter to try to find a replacement vehicle on the platform, but without guarantees that an equivalent vehicle is available. MyCamper offers no compensation in addition to the refunded rental amount.
